Who We Are

INFRASEC is a Singapore-based OT cybersecurity company founded in 2024 to close the gap between finding vulnerabilities and understanding their physical consequences. We began as consequence-first consultants for critical infrastructure across Southeast Asia. In 2026, the same doctrine became products: Citadel OT (industrial OT security, live), TITAN (cyber-physical consequence reasoning, in development), and CyberAnchor (maritime cyber compliance for IACS UR E26/E27 — spun out in 2026 as CyberAnchor Pte. Ltd.). One question runs through everything we do: not what is vulnerable — but what actually breaks.

From the Founder

"I once lost an entire water treatment plant in four hours."

It was 2018, at Idaho National Laboratory, at the close of my Consequence-driven Cyber-informed Engineering (CCE) training — a mock facility, a live red-team exercise, and me leading the blue team with a beautiful plan. We lost, spectacularly. In the debrief I understood why: I had treated every alert as equally urgent, and never asked the only question that mattered — if I leave this one alone, what actually breaks?

INFRASEC is built on that question. The route here ran through NASA, going onboard ships, plant floors, standards rooms, and twelve years in maritime classification — every stop teaching the same lesson from a different angle: you cannot defend everything at once. You can only defend what matters, if you know what matters.

That is why we practice consequence-first security, why our AI products follow one fixed doctrine — the AI reasons; the engineer decides — and why nothing we build will ever place a stochastic system inside a safety function.
